Michael Adams I was coming to the end of a very difficult 48hr session , with pretty much the whole session having multiple fish fizzing over the top of me With nothing to show from those fizzers , it was the last couple of hours or so before I was due to leave , as I layed back on my Bedchair feeling all despondent trying to think of things that had gone wrong in the session , my left hand rod absolutely shot off , after a hard fought battle I bundled a big common in the net , not realising in fact I had the historic Charlie’s mate in my net , all though low down on wait I am still over the moon to of caught such a special fish steeped in history.
