Michael Adams I arrived at the lake , took the usual lap around , not seeing much to go off , so I decided to go in a swim I had fished previously and did well out of , I deployed 3 rods to 3 different spots , the particular spot I caught this beauty from was a nice firm silty area on my right handside which I had heavily baited with 15mm hole iso fish and iso fish crumb , all soaked in the matching iso fish smart liquid , it was a tentative bite the bobbin pulled to the top and held , if I’m honest I don’t think the fish knew it was hooked until I got it close in to the net where it started to go ballistic , but after eventually getting it into my net I peaked over the net and realised it to be a fish named “ crinkle tail” a fish that I had photographed for somebody before , to say I am over the moon with this capture would be an understatement.
