My first trip out for a while due to recent birth of my son i managed to go to a private lake for a day to try bag one after an unsuccessful winter. I managed a double take with this one being 21lb followed by a lovely 31lb mirror. I seem to have spooked the carp off after this but later In the afternoon the rod was away resulting in a very nice 34.4oz mirror
