Short session result for Lewis! 29th October, 2011

Fox media manager & Mainline consultant, Lewis Porter has sent us this catch report proving that you don't always need to put in long sessions on the bank to see big carp in your net! 

Armed with Cell boilies from our freezer bait range, Lewis crammed in a short, 9hour trip to an Essex syndicate and was rewarded for his efforts with not one but a brace of mirror carp over the 30lb mark! Fish of 31lbs 13ozs and a carcking 39lb 8oz mirror pictured below.

Lewis tipped a Cell bottom bait with a Cell pop-up to create a 'Snowman' style hookbait, hair rigged to a size 8 XSC hook with 25lb Silty black Coretex, utilising the new Fox 'Line Aligna Adaptors' to increase the hooking speed of the rig. 

Horizon 2.75lb Full Cork handled rods and 12,000FS Stratos reels loaded with Warrior XT line, completing a winning set-up for Lewis.
