We braved storm Bert this weekend for a social at Bluebell lakes and chose to go on Mallard in hope of a few bites and once the wind and rain arrived so did the carp. Bringing along with them two carp each for us both including a new pb for me at 38.9. A mixture of tactics were used including solid bags and d rigs with this one falling to a solid bag with a sweetcorn wafter
