Anthony White Arrived at the mere about 9:30am, Good conditions on arrival was just on there for a 24 for a social with a few friends to catch up, pressure a bit high but the mere is only 3 foot deep almost all round so a good Few freebies of 10mm essential cell out and the hookbait with some pineapple spray on in my mind should be enough to pull them down, night was quiet then in the morning just before light I had a few bleeps then was into the fish, was really pleased as there isn�t many near 30 in there so was buzzing with the result, good social and topped off with my first carp out of the mere and my first carp of 2019!
