After climbing a tree and seeing a couple commons cruising around an area not far from my baited spot I decided to bring it in and put out a chod with a 13mm Baitroom pop up over hoping to pick up one of these units with 30 mainline cell baits around the area. Within an hour it ripped off taking me deep into weed. It just wasn’t moving so I jumped into the boat and moved in over it! Hand lining the braid up when a ball of weed with this 40lb carp know as Baby Perch came to the surface so I put the net under it and scooped the lot in!
