Daniel & Donna Staff-Howes We love our winter fishing and this weekend is exactly the reason why, with lovely quiet banks and and when the effort pays off it’s all the more rewarding. After a very quiet first 24hrs, and being lucky enough to have our syndicate to ourselves, we spent the following morning walking an empty lake in hopes of finding something to move onto. Unfortunately we weren’t lucky enough to see anything but decided to move a rod in an area I hoped they would be and was rewarded with this mega mirror coming in at 38.5 several hours later. Couldn’t have hoped for a better start to the year.
