Richard Long I started back on my syndicate on the 22nd of Jan after some winter sun in South Goa. As expected there were very few people around, I think there were only 5 of us fishing regularly throughout the week and weekend. I opted for a spot that was long and commanded the end the island and open water to my right. my intent was to try and fish the same spots each session over the next 5 weeks. Tactics were simple chods fishing over a particle mix that include ISO Sweet and using the fantastic super buoyant pop ups in essential Cell over the top. Over those weeks the lake was very kind to me resulting in 18 fish across that period. The highlight was one of the A-Team known as the Scar Common at 41.6 and backed up by a stunning 39 Mirror and a scaley 36 mirror.
